How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the exact shipping price at checkout before placing your order. All orders are shipped from our studio in Berlin. Once your order is being packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all delivery details and a tracking link to follow your shipment online.
For international orders outside the EU, please note that customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer upon delivery.
When will I get my order?
All pieces are made to order. We take great care in crafting each one, so we truly appreciate your patience.Please allow at least 2–3 weeks for dispatch. For customised pieces, production may take up to 6 weeks.
Orders are typically shipped once a week, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date and a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please note: While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider after your parcel has left our studio. This includes delays due to customs processing, local delivery services, or seasonal bottlenecks.
What is the return policy?
Each Studio GOGO piece is carefully crafted to order, so we kindly ask you to double-check your ring size before purchasing. We're always happy to help with sizing advice in advance, just send us a message. If, despite careful selection, your piece doesn’t fit quite right, please contact us at support@studiogogo.de within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the case together and let you know the best way to proceed. In most cases, a size adjustment or exchange can be arranged. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and securely wrapped for the return journey. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. we recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
Customised or engraved pieces are non-returnable, but in some cases, small adjustments may still be possible. feel free to reach out.
How do returns work from outside the EU?
Returns from outside the EU are only possible under certain conditions. Please note that we cannot cover customs clearance or import duties for international returns. Any customs fees, taxes, or handling charges will need to be covered by you or will be deducted from your refund. If you’re planning to return something from outside the EU, please contact us before sending the parcel, we’ll help you find the best way to proceed.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
All Studio GOGO pieces are made from high-quality sterling silver or solid gold. Each piece is crafted to last and will age beautifully with time when cared for properly. When not wearing your jewellery, we recommend keeping it in its original box or a soft pouch to preserve its shine. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, cleaning products, or other chemicals, as they can cause faster tarnishing.
Sterling silver may naturally darken over time, this is a normal process and part of its character. A gentle rub with a silver polishing cloth or a quick dip in silver bath will easily bring back its shine. To keep your jewellery clean from everyday touch and wear, use warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush to gently refresh the surface.
With the right care, your jewellery will remain a lasting companion, developing its own subtle patina and character over the years.
